Champ, a very sweet kitten arrived at the Ontario SPCA Lennox & Addington Branch as a stray in need of our help!
When Champ arrived at the shelter he had a very badly injured front leg. Our staff rushed him to our local veterinary clinic where he was sent for x-rays right away. The results showed little Champ had a complete break to the humerus in his right front leg, which will require amputation due to the severity of the injury.
Champ is a determined little guy and doesn't let this painful injury stop him from showing his love to those around him.
The cost of treating Champ’s broken leg and having it amputated will be nearly $2000.
