Mya is a sweet 4-year-old Sheppard mix. She was surrendered to the Ontario SPCA through an investigation.

Mya had been hit by a car and sustained injuries to her hind legs. Sadly, she suffered for over a month as her owner did not bring her to a veterinarian to get the help she needed.

Once in our care, Mya was immediately brought for examination where it was discovered she had a broken canine tooth and a dislocated left hind leg. The vet also discovered lacerations on her stomach and groin area that have since healed.

Poor Mya has suffered so much. She is now getting the care she needs. The cost to repair her leg and provide the care she needs will be upwards of $2,000. Please help us recover some of the costs by donating to Mya and other animals just like her.
