Join Us! No Excuses. No Hot Pets.
The summer weather is upon us and our emergency dispatch team has been receiving calls every day about animals being left unattended in hot cars.
There is no excuse for leaving a pet unattended in a vehicle and this summer we need your help to share this important message and save lives.
Be a No Hot Pets ambassador this summer. Join thousands of Canadians who have already taken the No Hot Pets pledge online and receive your free car decal.
Be sure to spread the message on social media about the dangers of leaving your pet in your vehicle using the hashtag #nohotpets.
Visit Nohotpets.ca to learn more and take the pledge.

Seniors Make the Purrfect Pets
Senior cats like “Amos” can make the perfect pet! This 9-year-old boy is looking for a home where he can live out his golden years in a quiet, loving environment. Amos is a lap cat and who just wants to be loved! He likes dogs, but not other cats. He tries to maintain his handsome looks and would welcome your help with regular grooming.
Amos is a purple private investigator in the Meet Your Match® Program. He is neutered, has his basic vaccines, and topical and internal parasite treatments. Amos is also microchipped and comes with six weeks of complimentary pet insurance and can be adopted at a reduced ‘Senior Adoption rate’. If you are interesting in adopting Amos, please contact us at 519-440-0250. |

Animal Updates Melt our Hearts
There is nothing better than seeing our animals find their forever homes. We wish them the very best in their new journeys and keep them in our hearts as we wait to hear updates on how they are doing.
We recently got this update from “Hammie” and we couldn't be happier.
“I thought I would send along an update on my forever friend Hammie. He is eating regularly and doing well. He is a chatty little dude who is always chirping ‘hello’ when I get home. He is an aggressive cuddler and loves to play hide and seek. We are a dynamic pair!”
