Meet June Bug and Lucy, two pot-bellied pigs who were
adopted through the Ontario SPCA Muskoka Animal Centre earlier this year into a loving home
where they have their own "pig condo!"
Show your support for special animals like June Bug and
Lucy, as well as snakes, horses, birds and more at the Friends for Life! Walk™,
presented by Pedigree®, a
fundraiser for friends of all sizes!
TheOntario SPCA Muskoka Animal Centre’s Friends for Life! Walk™ will
take place at the Annie Williams Memorial Park in Bracebridge on Sunday, Sept.
25. All participants will receive a t-shirt and complimentary barbecue lunch, sponsored
by the Lions Club. Also, get in “4 Paw Drive” for the canine obstacle race,
something you won't want to miss!

Bunbun wants to hippity hop into your heart
Bunbun is a medium-size, mixed-breed rabbit. He is about two
years old and is a neutered male. Bunbun is super friendly and loves people.
He
is also litter trained and appreciates spending as much time as possible around
his humans. He’d make a great addition to any family.

Fulfill community service hours at the
Friends for Life! Walk™
It’s that time of the year again when students are thinking about collecting
their community service hours for school. The Ontario SPCA can help!
Students can participate in the Friends for Life! Walk™, presented by Pedigree®,
and collect community service hours while helping animals in need. Register now
for the Friends for Life! Walk and select the Jr. Paw Student Program, then start
fundraising with your friends and family.
Attention Students: By participating in our Junior Paw Program and collecting
$200 in pledges in support of a local Ontario SPCA Animal Centre, you will receive 10 community service hours (if
approved by your guidance councilor in advance).
