Special thanks to a
superstar volunteer
We’re lucky
to have so many amazing volunteers who spend countless hours helping us care
for, nurture and love the animals at our centre. Tracey Miller is once such
volunteer who is here every day helping out and spreading her positivity
throughout the centre. Tracey has been a part of our organization for over
seven years now. When she’s not helping at our centre, she splits her time with
the local Jarrett Value Centre and many different sports teams. Soccer, t-ball,
curling and choir are just a few of her pastimes. She is also a decorated member of the Special
Olympics swimming team. Tracey’s enthusiasm and spirit are a daily boost to the
morale of the entire centre. Her hard work is very much appreciated, as is her
commitment to the organization.
Thank you,
Tracey, for everything you do!

Young animal lovers donate allowance money
Andrew Johnston, the new manager of the Sudbury Animal
Centre, accepts a donation of $141 from Justin, France and family. Once a month, Justin and France donate
a portion of their allowance to an organization of their choice. This month,
they generously donated to our Animal Centre! Thank you so much, Justin and
France, for your generous donation!
Your money will assist the many animals in
need of medical care and treatment, as well as daily animal care costs. Your
donation is very much appreciated – the staff and animals all thank you very
much!

Make your own healthy pet treats
If you’re a pet owner
who loves to cook or bake, making your own healthy pet treats can be fun and
rewarding. It’s a great way to spend some time with your four-legged friend,
plus you’ll know exactly what’s in the treats they’re eating.
To help you get
started, we have a few recipes we think your pets will love! If you don’t have
time to make your own treats, we’ve got you covered with some single-ingredient
treat ideas.
