"Marabelle" Needs a Home
“Marabelle” is a sweet, loving orange tabby cat that was surrendered to the Ontario SPCA Muskoka Animal Centre in early June.
Sadly, Marabelle’s owner had become ill and was no longer able to care for her.
She is two years old, has been spayed and is up to date on her vaccinations. Marabelle loves the company of other cats and we feel she would enjoy the company of children as well.
If you are thinking about adding a feline friend to your family then Marabelle might be the one for you.
For more information on Marabelle please call the shelter at 705-645-6225.

Garage Sale Success Thanks to our volunteers, the annual Ontario SPCA Muskoka Animal Centre’s "Bargains Hounds Garage-and-Bake Sale" was once again a huge success.
In spite of pouring rain, a power outage and a number of other setbacks, our volunteers helped raise $ 6,557 dollars at this event.
Our volunteers also spent days sorting, pricing, organizing and cleaning up, and we couldn’t have done it without them.
Thanks so much for all who donated items, attended the sale, or volunteered; we all had a great time, got some great bargains and raised funds for a great cause. It just doesn’t get any better than that!
Hope to see everyone again next year and thanks again!

The Animals Thank You
Congratulations to Sara and Gracen for their birthday fundraising efforts!
These two twins asked for donations for the Ontario SPCA Muskoka Animal Centre’s animals instead of gifts for their 6th birthday.
We are always really thrilled when we have a chance to meet our young animal advocates and it’s reassuring to know that animals in need will be loved and cared for by generations to come!
We can only hope that these two bighearted youngsters set an example for their friends!
A big thank-you to Sara and Gracen for supporting homeless animals!
