Look who's Better..
Our “Little Fred” has completely healed from his injury and has found a loving home.
When we received Little Fred into the care of the Ontario SPCA Provincial Education & Animal Centre, the staff knew he needed our immediate help.
Despite his pain and his visible injury he was giving love, quiet purrs and head bumps to our veterinarian technicians. Our team members rushed Little Fred to one of our trusted community veterinarian clinics, where we knew we could count on their professional care and support.
With help from the community, we raised enough money to afford Fred’s surgery and medication.
His new family says: "Fred (now “Lord Nelson”) is very affectionate and given much love and pampering."
Thank you to everyone who made this happy ending possible!

Dog Run Renovation On Monday, July 14th, 2014 Peel Fence in Newmarket came by to give a helping hand!
With the help of their incredible team, we were able to renovate our outdoor dog runs at the Ontario SPCA Provincial Education & Animal Centre.
Some of the amazing improvements that were made included repairing and improving the hinges and latches on our gates, restoring the safety of the runs and multiplying the number of runs so that we can have more dogs outside at a time.
Peel Fence has helped us make sure the outdoor runs are safe for our animals and our staff.
A big thanks to Peel Fence for giving our animals the enrichment they need and allowing them all to have fun and safe outdoor time!
