Adopters Community
Members asked their questions on Facebook all month long, then on the night of July 31st, from 8-9pm, they logged in to the Adopter Community to see the answers to their questions.
We want to thank everyone who submitted their great questions! If you haven't done so already, we encourage you to log in and check out the growing library of Q&As; a great resource for pet owners!
Along with live Q&A sessions, some other exclusive features you will find by joining the Ontario SPCA Adopter Community include; posting and sharing photos; connecting with other adopters in your neighbourhood; and getting access to specially created e-cards for animal lovers.

No Hot Pets Finishes Strong As summer comes to a close, so does our No Hot Pets campaign. The Ontario SPCA and participating shelters across Canada have been working together to share the dangers of leaving pets unattended in hot vehicles all summer long.
Let's work together to continue sharing this message until the end of August. You can still take the pledge, if you haven’t yet. Take the pledge now!
If you see a pet in a hot vehicle, report it! Reporting is as easy as dialing 310-SPCA.
Watch for a 2014 campaign recap coming this fall in NewsHound.

By making monthly contributions you join a group of committed animal lovers who help the Ontario SPCA respond quickly and effectively to animals in need of immediate protection and care.
Rehabilitating rescued animals often requires months of veterinary care, special medication and food and socialization - making large demands on the Ontario SPCA's limited resources.
