Little Mice Can Be Oh So Nice

Need a little love in your heart? We have two adorable, domesticated mice that are as cute as buttons and need loving homes. They make ideal pets for smaller living spaces and they are quiet, inexpensive to keep, and fun to play with. Mice are curious, gentle animals that are quite intelligent for their size.

Come visit us at the Ontario SPCA Renfrew County Branch to meet them, they just might cuddle their way into your heart!

We would like to highlight our awesome volunteer Amanda Pace for all of her hard work here at the Ontario SPCA Renfrew County Branch. Amanda has been a steady and dedicated supporter, adopter and volunteer for the past five years. She has helped us with dog walking, dance chaperoning, cat enrichment, cleaning, ticket selling and the list could go on! Her dynamic personality and friendly face are a welcome asset to our team.

Book your Pet’s Microchip Appointment Today

Nothing is worse than the heart-pounding moment when you realize your pet is missing. Why wait to get your pet microchipped?

The Pembroke Animal Hospital is hosting a low-cost microchip clinic on April 18, 2015, from 9:00am-2:00pm. Dogs are $30.00 and cats are $20.00 with all proceeds benefitting the Ontario SPCA Renfrew County Branch.

iAdopt for Spring

The Ontario SPCA invites you to drop in to your local shelter to Meet Your Match® during their “iAdopt for Spring” adoption campaign running until the end of April.

All adult cats are $99 starting April 17th, 2015

until the end of the month.

The goal during the iAdopt for Spring campaign is to get as many animals as possible into their loving forever homes.

Spring is the perfect time to friend home.

Visit your local Ontario SPCA Branch and give an animal a second chance at happiness.

National Volunteer Week Kicks Off

During National Volunteer Week, from April 12 - 18, 2015, the Ontario SPCA and Volunteer Canada will be celebrating Canada’s 13.3 million volunteers!

We are honored to have over 1500 volunteers supporting animals and the Ontario SPCA every day of the year.

Thank you for your devotion to animals and Animal Welfare, and for doing all you can to shape a better tomorrow for the animals in our care and across Ontario.

Please join us in celebrating this wonderful week, dedicated to you.

And again, thank you for all you do for animals and the Ontario SPCA.

The Friends for Life! Walk™ is taking place in various communities across the province to help raise much needed funds for thousands of animals in need.
