No Hot Pets in Cars

July 2012
Welcome to NewsHound!

Here is what's happening in July:

The issue of owners leaving their pets in their cars during hot summer days is a constant problem that our Officers face every single day. We are very pleased to share with you our new campaign, “No Hot Pets”, promoting the importance of keeping your pets safe and cool this summer.

Visit www.nohotpets.ca to download materials you can use in your community to help spread the word.

Your help today could save the life of an innocent animal tomorrow!

Thank you Nestle Purina

On March 14, 2012 the Ontario SPCA rescued 44 dogs in need of urgent care. Nestle Purina PetCare quickly stepped up to offer food to help these dogs. The Ontario SPCA was overwhelmed by the generosity and quick response by the Nestle Purina PetCare team.
“On behalf of the Ontario SPCA and the animals in our care, Thank You for your commitment and support of Animal Welfare“ Marc Ralsky, Director of Community & Donor Development, Ontario SPCA
