Host Help

Hosting a National Cupcake Day™ Party is simple; all you need to do is follow these five simple steps.

Step 1 - Mark your calendar

National Cupcake Day is officially held on Monday, February 24th, 2014. If you’re unable to be involved on this day you can hold your National Cupcake Day Party anytime in February. Once you’ve worked out the date, time and location of your National Cupcake Day Party, mark it on your calendar and start brainstorming some ideas for fabulous, creative cupcakes!

Step 2 - Register online

Register online and set-up your Online Bakery, where you can send emails to all your friends and co-workers to announce your participation in National Cupcake Day. Here you can upload pictures, fundraise and get others involved.

Step 3 - ‘Tell them to eat cupcake’

You can easily invite people to your National Cupcake Day™ Party via your Online Bakery. Here, there are options available to tell people about your party via Facebook and Twitter. For more traditional means, we also have some handy resources in the Cupcake Host Welcome Package, which you will receive by mail within 2 weeks of your registration. If you just can’t wait, you can visit our Resources & Downloads page to print your own PDF poster, PDF Recipe for Success Guide, Cupcake Host stickers and loads more.

Step 4 - Bake up storm and Choose Wisely!

When baking cupcakes for National Cupcake Day , please consider using eggs from cage-free facilities. Also, consider making delicious vegan cupcakes (a recipe is in Recipe for Success Guide). Your baking helps raise critically-needed funds for animals that are abused, abandoned, neglected or no longer wanted.

Step 5 - Decorate your National Cupcake Day Party

To make your National Cupcake Day Party extra special, why not decorate your venue with National Cupcake Day balloons and posters available in your Cupcake Host Welcome Package?

All the information you need to host a National Cupcake Day Party is available in the FREE Cupcake Host Welcome Package that is mailed out to Cupcake Hosts who choose to receive a kit during their registration.
