As one of our most valued supporters, I'm so grateful to have had the opportunity to show you an exclusive tour behind closed doors, visiting Ontario SPCA’s Central Region Investigations Building (CRIB) facilities.

This is a place that most people will never go, or even know exists. It’s a top-secret facility used for large-scale removals and for the very worst animal abuse cases. Donor support last year helped make necessary renovations at CRIB, but the need is still great.

I’ve gone on many ride-alongs with our inspectors. But I’ve never seen anything like this. What the animals at CRIB have been through brings even hardened investigators to tears.
