Zoey is a little dog who needs help overcoming a big injury
When we met Zoey, we could immediately tell she was in pain. Unable to bear weight on her right front leg, you could easily see this adorable Pomeranian mix had a serious injury.
X-rays revealed that Zoey was suffering from a break in the lower part of her front right leg. But thankfully, the veterinarian treating Zoey was able to repair the fracture in her leg, and her surgery was a success!
But that’s not where this story ends — Zoey still has a long journey of rehabilitation ahead of her as she recovers and receives some extra TLC before she can find a new home.
And once her surgery, medication and post-operative therapy are all considered, Zoey’s cost of care is expected to exceed $6,000.
Will you donate today and help Zoey, and other animals like her?
